Before Your Order Arrives
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
- Keep your phone accessible — our team will call before arrival
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather
- ID verification may be required for high-value orders
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address
- Inspect your order at delivery before signing off
Failed Delivery
If we are unable to complete delivery due to customer unavailability:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact you by phone
- The order will be held at our facility for up to 24 hours
- A re-delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt
- Orders uncollected after 24 hours may be cancelled with a partial refund
Special Circumstances
Zappy Zone reserves the right to delay or reschedule deliveries in the following situations:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays or government-imposed restrictions
- High order volume during peak seasons or promotions
- Unforeseen operational issues
In all such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling or a full refund.
