Eligible for Return

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong items delivered
• Expired or near-expiry products
• Tampered packaging
• Missing items from order

Not Eligible for Return

• Fresh fruits & vegetables
• Opened dairy products
• Perishable items
• Items without original packaging

2. Return Window

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. For perishable items, returns must be requested within 24 hours.

3. Return Process

1. Contact customer service or submit return request through your account
2. Provide reason for return and upload photos if applicable
3. Schedule — we'll arrange a pickup at your convenience
4. Inspection — items will be inspected upon return
5. Refund processed within 3–5 business days
