5. Important Notes
- Someone must be available at delivery address to receive the order
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather
- ID verification may be required for high-value orders
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, we will attempt to contact you. The order will be held for 24 hours. Re-delivery charges may apply, and the order may be cancelled after 24 hours.
